Early Payment Discount

We are offering a discount to all Harrogate Music School students on lessons taken between September 1st and December 19th 2014. To qualify for the discount, fees for the whole term need to be paid in full by midnight on 31st October 2014 at the new rate. The discount will consist of all the lessons being charged at the old lesson rate instead of using the new rate. Music School students not taking advantage of the early payment discount will be charged the old rate up until the end of October and the new lesson rate from then onwards. The discount will be shown on and deducted from the Spring term 2015 invoice.

Vocals

Jody Armstrong, Jody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Popular Music with First Class Honours, gained from Edinburgh Napier University in June 2012, excelling in Vocal performance. She offers private
singing tuition specialising in Pop/Rock and Musical Theatre styles with a strong focus on the techniques outlined in the Jo Estill method. Catering to the individual needs of the student, generally students can expect to learn about the vocal mechanism in detail
and develop their technique and individual style.

A Student Writes

I would like to take a moment to comment on my instructor, Ben Lowman.  Having to teach an adult learner takes patience and certain teaching skills; moreover, with the adult learner being an American has its own challenges to say the least.  Ben did an EXCELLENT job at teaching, being responsive to questions, going out of his way to select music that is challenging, but accomplishable to play, and motivating.  You have an excellent instructor in Ben, and we can only wish the world had more talented and passionate teachers and musicians like him.

This was a great experience!  Between the location, the facility, but most important, the outstanding instruction, HMS is a great music school.

Earn music Lesson discounts

This year, each Music School member is eligible to receive a £5.00 discount on their music tuition invoice when they recommend a new pupil to the Music School who starts lessons with us. The more students you recommend to join us, the higher your discount. One discount is available per student or family that joins. Make sure you tell the new students to say your name when they register.

Prices held for a fourth year

At Harrogate Music School we appreciate that regular music lesson involve a large financial outlay. To help with this we have been able to freeze our prices again. This is the fourth year we have been able to do this.
